On August 14, 2001 Concerned Artists mailed to The NAC membership a copy of the Gramercy Park community's open letter to the community and the media. The community eventually obtained over 650+ signatures from Gramercy Park residents who are disgusted with the conduct of the Aldon James/Steven Leitner administration.
