The NAC is now in the position where it must prove in Federal District Court that Aldon James' inviting large groups of schoolchildren into Gramercy Park unannounced and without clearance from the Gramercy Park Trust was neither a gathering prohibited by The NAC's own house rules, nor by the rules long established and well-known to Aldon by the Gramercy Park Trust.
